These Terms govern access to Blender AI at blenderai.lol. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service

Blender AI provides AI-assisted chat and 3D workflow guidance for modeling, rendering, scripting and animation, together with related account, credit and billing features. Features may change, be interrupted or produce incomplete results.

Accounts and Credits

You are responsible for your account and must keep access credentials secure. Credits are service-use units with no cash value and may be subject to expiration or plan conditions shown at purchase. We may correct balances affected by errors, abuse, refunds or chargebacks.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Blender AI to violate law or third-party rights; create harmful, deceptive, abusive or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt or reverse engineer the service; bypass limits or credits; or present unverified AI output as reliable where doing so may cause harm.

Your Content and Generated Assets

You retain rights you hold in submitted material and must have permission to use it. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process the material and operate the service. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for a particular pipeline. You are responsible for inspecting geometry, scripts, licenses and generated assets before using or distributing them.

Payments

Prices, included credits, renewal terms and taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, used credits and completed fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The Blender AI site, software, branding and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not permit unauthorized copying, resale, sublicensing or derivative services based on protected parts of Blender AI.

Suspension, Disclaimers and Liability

We may limit access to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address a breach. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee availability or the accuracy, fitness, topology or ownership of AI output. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
